  • Not at all. Many clients use the rebuild as an opportunity to redesign — whether that's a different layout, added square footage, an ADU, or just updating everything to current standards. We can rebuild exactly what you had, or design something entirely new. It's your home.

  • It means lower costs, faster timelines, and a single team accountable for everything. We don't hire out a general contractor who then hires subcontractors. Our crew is ours — and that makes a real difference.

  • Rebuild costs vary significantly based on square footage, design complexity, material selections, and site conditions. We don't give ballpark numbers because we don't think they're useful — what we do give is a detailed, itemized estimate after a site visit and design consultation, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before anything starts.

  • Yes. Onward Builders holds a California Contractor License, general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. All documentation is available upon request.
