For Michael Shlomof, construction isn't just a profession, it's been part of his life from the beginning.

A Los Angeles native and third-generation builder, Michael entered the industry at 18 and later studied Policy, Planning & Development (PPD) at USC. Over the past 15 years, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality custom homes and residential developments throughout Los Angeles.

As founder of Onward Capital, he has led more than 70 projects totaling over 500,000 square feet and $500 million in real estate value, bringing a unique perspective to every phase of the building process.

Today, Michael leads Onward Builders with a simple philosophy: build with integrity, communicate openly, and treat every home as if it were his own.
